I'm a versatile British composer with 20 years' experience working in television, film, theatre and the concert hall. I've also worked as a conductor, copyist, orchestrator, pianist, viola player and singer.

Storytelling through music is what I love most of all. This can be in a wide variety of styles and through many different means, ranging from live instruments to sampled sounds to synths. Working to picture and crafting a cue with a specific purpose is something I relish.

Career highlights in documentary include The Real Spies Among Friends and Joanna Lumley And The Human Swan, both for ITV1. My production music has been licensed to numerous television programmes, including Civilisations, Panorama, Dispatches, The Apprentice and Natural World, along with many other programmes, adverts and promos.
